We would like to welcome a new team member As Lead Game Designer in our Prototyping team.

What will you be doing?

You will have a direct impact on ideation and nurture the game vision, working together with a very small, agile and mighty team.

You will be using your sharp creative mind to design new casual games that are sure to surprise and delight even the most experienced of players.

You will serve as an inspiration to your colleagues and your collaborative skills will be essential in building a solid foundation of great ideas.

You are easy to work with and have a growth mindset; You understand that challenges and setbacks are part of the journey, this is how we learn, grow and improve.
Your have extensive knowledge of Data guided Game Design and have a natural knack for game mechanics; This will be your greatest assets as you meticulously tinker and refine to create the perfect gaming experience.
You never forget the importance of economics; with your financial savvy, you can create games that are both fun and profitable, while never sacrificing the integrity of the player experience.
You know how to navigate game development for a prototype, always anticipating next phases and a smooth transition to live ops.

Step 1: An online assessment 😱?! We believe in our people and want to fully understand what drives you, where your strengths lie and how we can support you to grow. A job should be fun, engaging, and bring energy. That’s why we use an online personality and cognitive test. You will (obviously) receive all results.
Step 2: Max. 3 interviews You will meet Auke & Iris (our culture team), potential team mates and stakeholders.
