What you'll be up to

Emily O’Malley, is building her own five-star getaway haven in Delicious – Bed and Breakfast

To work with the team behind this Delicious story we are looking for a Senior Game Designer.

You will be part of a self driven and passionate team working on a live game that our players love.

In a Story driven Match 3, you will be working on User experience, balancing and tuning game mechanics, levels, game difficulty and UI flow.

Designing and coordinating the development of features and LiveOps events to maximize players engagement and product KPIs

Working closely with Product and Analytics in evolving and adapting game designs based on play testing, feedback and live metrics, you will have a direct impact in the growth and success of the game!

When are you doing a good job?

  • When you know the game inside out and are able to propose challenging new features that are loved by our players
  • You have visibility on the roadmap and can make KPI driven design proposals
  • You’re creating high level GGD and can share a detailed plan so the team had a clear understanding of your design vision and roadmap
  • When you are generally a nice person to work with and we can have some fun too ☺️

Why you're awesome

  • You love games
  • You have 4+ years of design experience on live games including from concept to live ops.
  • You understand the nuances and have experience in designing for specific target audiences
  • You have advanced expertise in using data and insights to design and tune game economies, monetization, and Game balance

Would be nice:

  • Hands-on experience using third party game engines such as Unity
  • You understand the effect of Community in building games, and have participated in at least one game community in any platform.
  • You have experience in merging Economy design and Feature design into a viable product.
  • You are an expert in Excel or other spreadsheet suite.
  • You have experience creating systems based around Gacha & Collection.


Location: Eindhoven, Hybrid or Full Remote
