To join the studio that created games Franchises such as “Emily”, “Delicious” games & many more IPs that are played by Millions every month, we are looking for our Senior Data analyst for our data team.

You are a passionate, experienced Game Data Analyst willing to build new top data analytics models to enable us to keep improving our games.

Based in Barcelona, Eindhoven or full remote, you will have the opportunity to work with the Head of tech, our Product Managers and the game teams to keep delivering high-end Analytics solutions and business insights to the company.

We are looking for colleagues with high energy ready to help take GameHouse to the next step in our development.

In this role, you will be…

  • Working closely with Product Managers to provide insights on player behaviour and answer key business questions.
  • Working with game teams to proactively define the key metrics of success to be tracked in every game and plan the different A/B testing protocols.
  • Visualize analysis and communicate the results to senior stakeholders in the company, providing strategic alignment and ensuring data influences decisions at all levels.
  • Build the dashboards to bring clarity and accurate insight to the teams.
  • Work closely with Developers, Data Engineers and data scientists to ensure that our data is precisely specified, understood, and consistent.

or, what’s needed to succeed in this role:

  • Previous experience in game analytics in the gaming industry is required, and so is knowledge about the KPIs used in the video game (F2P) and advertising industries.
  • Significant experience applying analytics to answer business questions and mine for insights that drive value, preferably in a mobile B2C business.
  • Strong presentation and Storytelling skills; ability to communicate complex results throughout an organization.
  • Proactive drive to improve our games and yourself, too.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Coding skills with python and SQL at a proficient level.
