What you will be up to

In this role you will oversee the organization’s performance Marketing, games and company branding, digital & traditional marketing, as well as external event planning, conventions & conferences, public relations and community outreach programs as well as campaigns that elevate the company brand and positioning.

You will create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners

Conduct thorough analysis on marketing ROI and successfully develop cost effective solutions

Develop and implement the organization’s multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaign based on industry-leading insight

Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition

Ensure we have a coherent and consistent branding strategy while recognizing and addressing the needs of our internal and external studios while understanding the audiences of those units.

What’s needed to succeed in this role?

Recent experience in performance marketing on F2P casual mobile games, ideally for a female audience

Experience in Marketing Product Management, insights, partnerships, PR and multi-segment marketing

Keen understanding and knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.

If you have strong strategic leadership skills, a passion for innovation, at heart an intensive customer focus.

You’re also Results-minded and have a strong desire for continuous improvement
