To join the studio that created games Franchises such as “Emily”, “Delicious” games & many more IPs that are played by Millions every month, we are looking for a Freelance Game Writer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile gaming and a proven track record of creating engaging and compelling storylines for free-to-play games.

As a freelance game writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling storylines and character development for our mobile games. You will work closely with our game development team to create engaging and immersive game worlds that will captivate our players.

What you’ll be up to:

Develop engaging and compelling storylines for our mobile games
Create character development and dialogue that brings the game world to life
Collaborate with the game development team to ensure the storyline and characters align with the game mechanics and overall design
Ensure all writing is inclusive and aimed at a diverse player base
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in mobile gaming

Requirements

Proven experience as a game writer for mobile games, specifically in free-to-play titles
Strong understanding of game mechanics and design
Excellent English writing skills (C2) with the ability to create engaging and immersive storylines
A commitment to inclusion and diversity

Step 1: An online assessment 😱?! We believe in our people and want to fully understand what drives you, where your strengths lie and how we can support you to grow. A job should be fun, engaging, and bring energy. That’s why we use an online personality and cognitive test. You will (obviously) receive all results.
Step 2: Max. 3 interviews You will meet Auke & Iris (our culture team), potential team mates and stakeholders.
