What you'll be up to

Emily O’Malley, is building her own five-star getaway haven in Delicious – Bed and Breakfast

The team behind this Delicious story is looking for an Art Director to help with the vision, growth, motivation and scaling of the art team.

Working together with a passionate team, you will be combining personalities, qualities and challenges into a relentless desire to craft ever better Art for our story games.

A leader within GameHouse enjoys autonomy, embraces and shares our vision and values and is eager to continue developing.

At the same time we expect a leader to give autonomy and make the development of each individual in the team a top priority.

Curiosity is in your DNA as you try to understand how other studios and teams within GameHouse and the wider industry craft exceptional games. You report directly to the Game Director of your team.


  • Mentor and help in the growth of an amazing team of motivated and talented artists
  • Set a clear art vision, define art guidelines, provide accurate feedback, and ensure a consistent art style across all areas of the production
  • Own the art pipelines, making sure the workflow is efficient and serves the team’s needs
  • Manage the art production schedule to ensure content ships on time, and with great quality
  • Help build bridges between all GameHouse studios

Why you're awesome

  • You love games
  • You have 5+ years experience working in game Art roles (2+ in a Lead role)
  • You are a generalist (2D, 3D & UI) with the ability to rally the team behind your art vision and know how to collaborate with all disciplines.
  • You have experience in live content-driven F2P mobile games
  • Expert knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and all the “usual suspects”
  • Location: Eindhoven, Hybrid or Full Remote

        • You’re located within -4/+4 hours to CET (Central European Time).
        • You have worked in a remote set-up before.
